This is a copied Cracker Jack baseball player card in the form of a note card.  It measures 5 x 7 inches, says "Say it ain't so, Joe" inside, and has and abbreviated player history on the back side, as well as First Base cards, Huntington, NY.

It is NOT a Cracker Jack reproduction player card.
