Inlaid Abalone Belt Buckle and Bracelet

Belt Buckle is marked Hecho en Mexico - Measures 3.4 inches wide by 2 inches tall
Bracelet I believe is silver , but can not tell purity since the wording on back of bracelet is worn. Bracelet measures 2.25 inches wide by 1 inch wide.
