This is a Our Film version of "Victory at Sea, The Movie". Victory at Sea was a documentary TV series about Naval warfare during WW2. It was originally aired in 1952 was 26 episodes of ground breaking Television. This version, "The Movie", was produced in 1954 and narrated by Alexander Scourby. NBC condensed the series from13 hours into 1:20 minutes. It was shown for awhile than went to oblivion. 1st it was "Lost", then released into Public Domain. It is now available to see this very impressive film again. We transferred the film in HD from 3 reels of the original film for your entertainment. And Now, we have re-mastered the film in HD and the sound to an all new version. We hope you enjoy!
