This is a fun vintage pair of hand carved wooden Boxer Dog Head earrings. The woo dogs are a lovely dark fawn or brown with black masks, nose and eyes with pointed cropped ears. They were handcrafted and are truly a one-of-a-kind pair. They measure approximately 3/4 of an inch wide and tall. These are probably from the 1940s to 1950s.

The earrings are in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. There is a tiny white dot on the black face, which can be easily touched up with black marker if you desire. It doesn't show without magnification, so I left it alone. The screw backs work fine, although the brass does have the older patina that comes with age, they were obviously worn and are not new.

What a cute gift for any dog lover, or someone who owns a Boxer's. It would be great for the Breeder of your dog, your favorite Veterinarian or Groomer or a Judge at a dog show. A great pair of figural animal earrings.
