I have tried to research this but have not been able to find any info on this brand or design.  It is truely a unique and rare set.

FABULOUS "BASIC by G.V. JEANS" Two-Piece Blazer and Pants.  Allover western print of horses, saddles, cowboy boots, chaps, cowboy hats, ropes, riders on horses, etc.  Map sporadically in background.  Very detailed graphics.  Fitted blazer has lower hand pockets.  Three "BASIC" metal buttons down front.  Three "BASIC" metal-button cuffs.  Pants have a regular jeans cut with zipper front and metal button enclosure.  Five pockets.  Five belt loops.  Machine wash, these appear to be all cotton denim.  I am estimating the sized to be a women's small.  Approx. measurements:

Shipping

Item will always ship within three business days after payment is received, but usually sooner. APO, PO, International, and Alaska/Hawaii/PR may require additional postage. Please e-mail me before payment is made.

For many heavier and breakable items I use FEDEX/SMARTPOST.  It is much more economical and keeps shipping costs down.  HOWEVER, it does take longer as I am shipping from the west coast.  When leaving feedback, PLEASE rate my shipping time on the time that I ship out based on my policy, not the time that the item arrives, as I really have no control over shipping time.
