This is a charming Hallmark Keepsake Collectors Club Ornament from 1997. Model QXC5132. It is called Happy Christmas to All.  Sculpted by Nello Williams, this ornament is one of four Keepsake of Membership ornaments commemorating the 175th year of The Night Before Christmas, which was written in 1822.  Brand New, In Box.
