This is a charming Hallmark Keepsake Collectors Club Miniature Ornament from 1997. Model QXC5145. It is called Jolly Old Santa and is less than an inch tall.  Sculpted by Nello Williams, this ornament is one of four Keepsake of Membership ornaments commemorating the 175th year of The Night Before Christmas, which was written in 1822.   Brand New, In Box.
