(internal #CM126-41)  You are bidding on a strange cameo of a MAD CAT FROM HELL (my opinion!).   Cameo measures 1-3/8" diameter; new, organic pine resin cameo has been hand molded from the shell original in HUNTER GREEN color, antiqued, then mounted on a piece of round silver vermeil backing, 1-7/8" diameter; clasp pin glued horizontally on back.  

This is exactly the cameo you would receive.
