NOTE:  THIS IS NOT ZIPPERED ALL THE WAY UP IN THE SECOND PHOTO - THE MANNEQUIN WAS TOO LARGE.

VTG (I believe) Betsey Johnson Fit & Flare Lined Strapless Dress.  Stained glass look in tones of turquoise, hot pink/fuchsia, purple, black, etc.  Long zipper back.  Top area has vertical pleats bordered with 1/2" ruffle.  There are loops inside for straps, but there are no straps with this.  Two vertical stiff inserts from pit to top of skirt area on either side, and two going all the way up front breast area on either side from top of skirt to keep the top up.  Left side tied bow in front that is gathered at sides.  Fully lined with stiff tulle ruffled layered skirt underneath for flare.  Dry clean, shell is 57% polyster . 43% viscose.  Lining is 95% polyester, 5% spandex.  Women's 6.  Approx. measurements:

Bust:  32" (with extra bust room)
Waist:  26"
Hips:  Open 
Length (from armpit):  27"
Skirt Flare:  72"

Shipping

Item will always ship within three business days after payment is received, but usually sooner. APO, PO, International, and Alaska/Hawaii/PR may require additional postage. Please e-mail me before payment is made.

For many heavier and breakable items I use FEDEX/SMARTPOST.  It is much more economical and keeps shipping costs down.  HOWEVER, it does take longer as I am shipping from the west coast.  When leaving feedback, PLEASE rate my shipping time on the time that I ship out based on my policy, not the time that the item arrives, as I really have no control over shipping time.
