Rainbow E2 Type 12 Vacuum Black Canister Vacuum Cleaner w/Motorized Nozzle (Motorized Head # PN-2E).  The handle has a trigger that has to be pushed in to spin the nozzle brush.  It comes with two attachment brushes, but the long part of the wand doesn't detach so you don't have much reach if you just attach to the handle, unless you purchase another wand extension.  Tested on my carpet and it did a great job picking up debris/dirt, etc.
