This is an electronic Pikachu plush from the anime and kid series "Pokemon." It was made by Hasbro in 1998 and measures 7" tall. While this is previously owned, it's in excellent condition. This has been tested and works perfectly fine. It does take three AA batteries, which are NOT included.

This is one of the original toys to be released for the "Pokemon" series when it first came out in America! It is an electronic toy: flip the switch on the box inside to turn it on, then push Pikachu's paws. His cheeks will light up, his ears and mouth move, and he talks! According to the tag, this is an "I Choose You Pikachu" toy.
