This Nickelodeon JoJo Siwa Sweet Celebrations large colorful party hair bow is on a barrette. It is made of ribbon with an all over novelty pattern of ice cream cones. There is an ice cream cone with a glitter back and edges attached in the center of the bow and a round silver colored charm with a heart sewn to the bow toward the bottom.

Measurements as the bow is attached to the card are approximately 7" long x 5" from top to bottom. The ice cream cone attached in the center is approximately 2" long from top to bottom x 1" wide from side to side x 1/8" thick.
