Vtg advertising for war savings stamps, WW1 I believe but uncertain. This is made by the Government Printing Office Doc # WS 170. Some yellowing, some foxing, discoloration consistent with age, creases, etc... Please see all photos. This is a hard to find piece of historical ephemera, it would look amazing framed and displayed.
