Calperos 1000mg 100 caps, calcium carbonate, osteoporosis

Indications: the use of Calperos is recommended in states of increased demand for calcium (period of intensive growth in children and adolescents, pregnancy, breast-feeding). It is also dedicated to people suffering from osteoporosis, in convalescence and after bone fractures.

Composition: 1 capsule contains: active substance: 1000mg of calcium carbonate, which corresponds to 400mg of calcium ions and auxiliary substances: magnesium stearate, talc; composition of the gelatin capsule: titanium dioxide (E171), indigo carmine (E132), gelatin.

Action: Calperos contains calcium carbonate, which is the source of the best assimilable calcium in ionized form for the human body. This component is involved in the formation and mineralization of bone tissue, stimulates proper nerve conduction and helps maintain electrolyte balance. Calcium also affects the blood coagulation process and the efficiency of the cardiovascular system.

Dosage: orally, during a meal. children over 7 years of age and adolescents: 1 Calperos 500 capsule up to 3 times a day. Adults 1 capsule 1-3 times a day.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation, hypercalcemia, severe hypercalciuria, kidney stones. It should also not be used in patients treated with cardiac glycosides.
