Reel is in used condition, comes with line, green color.
I am not very bright in fishing...can't describe what line in it...
Handle is spinning, on/off slider blocks handle.
I believe this is left hand reel.
Reel visually looks good to me, in working condition...I am not a fisherman...I like to catch a fish on the plate...)))))
