This brass incense burner is quite an interesting decorative collectible having a handle and a removable top.  I am not sure of the exact country it was made in because there is a partial sticker on the bottom but it is unreadable.  The piece is in its preowned condition.  The measurements are: 6 1/4 inches tall with top on,  4 1/4 inches tall with top off,  3 inches wide across the top including rim,  2 inches wide across the top without rim,  and 3 inches across the base.  The handle measures 4 inches across.
