For your consideration is a vintage white milk glass hobnail lamp shade.  This shade is 7" tall with a fitter of 9 3/4".  Fits a GWTW lamp or Aladdin lamp.  No chips that I have found.  The top opening is 4" for the chimney and a total of 4 3/4"  at the top.
