Q: Is my device or vehicle model compatible with this item?
A: Please take a look at the listing description, if you do not see your device or model number in the listing description, the item is not compatible with your unit. If you would like to find a compatible item, send us a message with your device and model number and we will guide you to the right product
Q: I have purchased an incompatible product, can I return it?
A: You can always return any New or Like New item within 60-Days of receiving it. However, please note that return shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from your refund amount. Please refer to our return policy for additional details.
We can ship to virtually any address the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of shipping your return, however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to Return an Item:
Open a Return Request
- Log-in to your account and open a return request for the concerned order
- Attach as much information about your return or return reason. If you have images please attach them with your return request, it will help us to authorize your return faster
- Once your return is approved, a return label will be provided to return the item back to us
- Let us know if you want a replacement or full refund for the value of your items when submitting your return
A Few Things to Remember
Condition of Returns
Items must be in new or like new - XpertsEdge may charge a restocking fee or refuse a return for any item not in like new condition.
Some examples of when a deduction or refusal of return would apply:
- Item is opened, used, damaged,
- Damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly
- Different or defaced serial number
- Missing original product packaging or included parts
- Items returned damaged due to improper packaging
- Opened software or media
- Merchandise that was returned to sender
- Pre-cut wire, made to order or special order merchandise
- Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures or speaker boxes
- Installed or damaged products during installation
Return Shipping Cost:
- XpertsEdge will pay for return shipping if the item was damaged in transit, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description.
- Buyer will pay for return shipping if you're returning the item because you changed your mind, you have purchased incorrect or incompatible item.
Return Shipping Label:

Ship the item yourself: You may choose to purchase the return label externally yourself

Use our discounted prepaid shipping label: in this case the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount
You will be notified - Once you ship your return request request, go ahead and relax. We will email you within three business days after your package is delivered to our warehouse and when your refund or exchange is processed.
Some expenses are non-refundable - Keep in mind that some return services are not refundable. Shipping services, customs and duties (international) and installation services are not eligible for refund or compensation.
Refunds: Refunds are strictly applied back onto the original form of payment and will take three to five business days to appear available back onto your account.
