It's 5 ply construction includes three layers of rapid heat-conducting aluminium, throughout the base and up the sides. The aluminium is then enveloped in stainless steel 18/10 for maximum durability on the inside and 18/0 stainless steel for compatibility with all cooking energy sources externally, including induction.
