Offered is one (1) Spectra 5" Black and White TV with AM-FM radio. It may be new; it is very clean and operational, but the box is open so I am listing it as used. See the illustrations in the photo, I checked the operation of the tuner but as the NTSC format is obsolete all I was able to get is modulated harmonics from cellular towers.
