This pin was made in the USA. It features a red, white and blue Liberty Bell that reads Let Freedom Ring. The card reads "Tomorrow will be better for as long as America keeps alive the ideals of freedom and a better life." and has Walt Disney's signature. There is a ribbon on the top of the bell and two silver stars in the top part. This pin is a dangle; the bell ringer hangs down under the bell. The backing card has an American flag on it.
