Packaged was sealed but we opened it to make sure the display batteries were not corroded. Turns out they weren't & the game is in excellent brand new working condition. However the battery compartment area does have a defect that prevents the cover from completely shutting. Please see photos. BATTERIES ARE NOT INLCLUDED.
