This is a Sales plan Marvel would send to comic shops and it outline the books and items shipping out for the month of November 1993, it also outline plan comic shops can do with Marvel such as advertising in print and Co-op ads it even have radio Scripts! It's was only Sent to comic shops, These are hard to find since they were used and toss out, This one is slightly dusty and scratch up from storage and have been well read (Look at photo.) So it's not Mint, but you'll be hard press to find them in better conduction. 
Best part of this one is the one that starts off Alex Ross Marvels It has a Color insert by Alex Ross! It's one of the very first publication to feature the Hit Series Marvels

Book is is apps. 8.5"X11",  Black and White, and has the publishing plan for comics coming out in November of 1993  as well as a color insert for Marvels A great look at what was going on with Marvel Comics In 1993!
