For your consideration is a DKNY Jeans vintage top.  This is sheer and see through.  It could be used as a over shirt, a nightie or a beach coverup.  It has the ruffle 3/4 sleeves and the tie at the bottom will create a ruffle appearance on the bottom.  It can be buttoned, however the neckline is a deep V with a tie so that it will fit over the head.  It has square polka dots on the fabric.  There is some damage to the ties as shown.  Marked size M.  Measurements:
