Used General Electric Motor 1/4 HP 3 PHASE 1140 RPM Motor 56 Frame Mod. 5K42FG784 the shaft is 5/8" 

 I powered it up and it runs well.

Used box motor from a company that closed and had spare motors in stock for their equipment.
