Replacement xenon 5W (watt) 12V (volt) bulb/lamp for landscape lighting, fountain lights, audio/visual, photographic equipment, shadow box, desk lamps, bookcase, under-cabinet lighting, pendants, portables, chandeliers, signs and displays.   Xenon bulbs give a bright white light like halogen bulbs without the UV (ultraviolet light), which makes these the ideal bulbs for highlighting sensitive fabric or artwork.  Xenon bulbs are more tolerant when dealing with unstable voltages resulting in longer life.  Filled with low-pressure xenon gas, does not require shielding. 
 
Average bulb life 10,000 hours, size T2.5, replaces these bi-pin base types: G4, Q; T4 bulb shape, quartz glass, tungsten filament, 60 lumens, color temperature 2800K, fully dimmable to 0%, no ultraviolet/no infrared - safe for artwork, 100% mercury free, environmentally friendly.

Items are stored in a temperature controlled, smoke free warehouse.  Ships with packing list that shows pricing.
 
Handling Time is same business day if before carrier pickup, cut-off time is 2:00pm CST, however, it is possible orders after cut-off ship same day depending on what time carrier pickup occurs.  All orders receive a tracking code and ship from Illinois.  Same day shipping is a best effort, not guaranteed, due to carriers sometimes arriving unusually early for pickup, we have no control over shipping carrier operations. 
 
Situations easily fixable by contacting us for help...
1) Shipping damage; contact us with photo(s) of the damage, then we can work on resolving the situation.
2) Order pulled wrong; contact us with the UPC or part number of what you did receive.
3) Defectives are very rare and handled as warranty by manufacturer, supplier or seller.
4) New items are typically warranted by the manufacturer or supplier, often contact information is on the packaging or user’s manual.
