Stands 6 inches tall and would normally hold an insert alas one was not found. Great decorator piece for the house however.

Rope & copper strap is pretty unique. Bottomless - as in there is no bottom.

The back is printed “Dad’s Weekend 1972”

Possibly came from University of Missouri as it was found in St Louis.
