Millipore Waters Quanta 4000E Capillary Electrophoresis System.  This unit powers up and responds to keys being pushed.  I did not get much response from the disply in the middle part.  I do not see anything wrong with this unit but I do not know how to fully test it so I am selling it for parts or repair.  See photos for physical condition.
