The presence of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, reduce the incidence of heart disease, and improve cardiac muscle function. Helps regulate blood pressure, reduce bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
