Our Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is Made with Organic caribbean herb Culantro. It has a Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) of 1 million. We then added Ajicito peppers, Cubanelle peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Distilled Filtered Water, Cayenne Peppers, and a special Handcrafted seasoned hot pepper mixture concentrated with Ghost Peppers.
