--Scarce issue (only 3 examples on CGC census as of 9-3-23, with one example graded higher).......CGC label doesn't list any negative comments and reads  off white  pages.......The plastic slab is in nice shape--no chips or cracks or  heavy scratches....Comic has a lot of claims to a FINE grade, except for the stress lines and small tear along right edge....Does have some edge tanning or discoloration on the back cover.....
