Thank you for your interest in the Hallmark Channel Christmas Village! 
  • The box includes your Christmas Village's pieces:  City Hall, House, Cafe, Gazebo, and Truck, the wall adapter, and Hallmark power cord.  
  • Set-up Instructions
    • Place City Hall in the approximate center of your display area.  It's the hub for your village.  The remaining pieces can be displayed on either side of your City Hall.    
      • Connect each component's white power cord to the receptacle on the bottom of City Hall.  They are color-coded for easy identification.
      • Connect the green Hallmark power cord micro-plug to City Hall.  
      • Connect your Hallmark power cord to the wall adapter and the wall adapter to a standard wall outlet. 
    Modes
    • Use the slide switch on the bottom of City Hall to turn it on. 
      • Pressing the button on the side of City hall will start your SHOW.  
    • In LAMP mode your pieces gently display warm white lighting, while silent. 
    • In SHOW mode your village plays five familiar holiday favorites with each piece's tune enhanced by background sounds you'd expect to hear in that environment.   
      • The five songs will play in succession.  
        • City Hall:  Deck the Hall 
        • Cafe:  Jolly Old Saint Nicholas 
        • Truck:  Oh Christmas Tree  
        • House:  We Wish You a Merry Christmas
        • Gazebo:  Silent Night  
    • DEMO mode is controlled by the slide switch on the bottom of City Hall and will play its song and light show, then return to LAMP mode for 3.5 minutes.  
      • After the "intermission" the next piece will begin its light and sound show.  
    Storage
    To disassemble your Christmas Village, take the set-up steps, in reverse order, and stow your cords and pieces in your original packaging.  Store in a dry and secure location.

      • If a package is damaged, stolen, or goes missing, please contact us to file an insurance claim. A refund will be given once the filing is complete (may require buyers digital signature).

  • If you already purchased an item from our store and would like to add another item to the shipment before the first has shipped, checkout with the new item and contact us to get a refund for any shipping overage.

Due to a high percentage of lost or stolen international packages, all international shipments are now charged for insurance (built into the shipping price). If a package is damaged or goes missing during shipping, please contact us so that we may file a claim. Lost or stolen international claims can only be filed 40 days after the package has been shipped. A refund will be given once the filing is complete (may require buyers signature).

International orders may be charged import taxes, customs, or tariffs by the buyer's country to be paid by the buyer before delivery can be made. Please check your country's import laws and be aware of any import taxes that you may have to pay in addition to the purchase and shipping price.

If we list a product is new, we promise that the item will be in new condition.  We DO NOT promise that the packaging will be in pristine, untouched, mint condition, but we do try to offer the best quality we can (vast majority are in mint/near mint condition) and we demote an item to used condition if we find that the packaging has more wear than normal wear and tear from the manufacture and shipping process.  If you are purchasing an item and are expecting MINT condition packaging, please shop elsewhere.  Please do not ask for photos of the specific item, the stock photo represents the product, we often have tons of a product in stock and cannot go and constantly take photos of all 6 sides of products.  We will withhold shipping charges for returns due to minor wear on an item's packaging, unless we explicitly promise the condition of the packaging to be in mint condition.
