The jacket is made of black nylon with a blue plaid fleece lining.  The jacket is made of 100% polyester. The neck measurement is 13 inches. The chest measurement is 15 inches.  The  length from neck to bottom of jacket is 14 inches.  ***Please measure your dog to be sure this is the proper size for your pet. There are no free returns for this item***
