This is an original CAS-GM24 adapter cable to connect a PAC Audio BLU-GM29 handsfree adapter for select Late-model GM vehicles.

This item is new, but was an extra piece from an installation kit (so it is loose).  Use this to replace a damged or missing cable, or for some other experimentation ;-)
