This Elf hat/Santa's helper hat is a one size fits most. It is made of a velvet like/felt material (polyester/polypropylene/cotton/nylon blend) in dark green and a lighter green. Laying flat, the hat measures 11" wide across the bottom opening X 10" high. It was a promo item by TD Bank and the TD logo is embroidered on one side of the hat.
