This is a Logo 7 vintage twill baseball style hat cap.  It is white, black  and purple color with embroidered design on fron and is adjustable/snapback style.  Made by Logo 7 in China . Great details include  commemorative logo for the May 1996 Indianapolis 500 race and      .  Great  Old Stock unused condition with some minor shelf wear.  Has original tags.
