Vintage Cut Crystal 9.75" Vase w/ Cobalt Blue Applied Rigaree Handles Pinwheels, Stars Design

Made of Clear Glass with Cobalt Blue Applied Rigaree Handles, this Piece Features a Pattern of Pinwheels, Stars, and Finecut Cut into the Glass. It has a Scalloped Sawtooth Rim.

Found at a Recent Estate Sale

This vase is SIGNED by the maker, but unfortuneately I can't quite make it out. I thought it was Mosers at first,but the M looks more like a Y.
