This is a new OEM door mirror. Not aftermarket (they shake, barely work - don't buy aftermarket junk folks - it is cheap for a reason).
No damage, but does have paint scratches as shown.
Fits: 2016-2018 Rav4 with signal, no blind spot, no camera. Does not fit base models without signal, plug differs
