This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is tagged, "AR, PA-31T-350, C-GWFZ". It measures about 13 5/8"long x 1" wide. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
