NXTPhase (?) Amplifier (?) Power Supply (?)

This unit came from a GE facility that upgraded a lot of equipment.  It came from a rack that had a couple of NXTPhase components and the face is the same color but there is nothing on this that indicates a manufacturer or model number and I don't know what this is.  I don't have the right equipment to power it up and so I am not able to test it.  The last picture is with the top cover removed to show the interior components.  We do have a 30 day unconditional return policy.  Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
