This is a gorgeous shirt from Ralph Lauren on his Purple Label.

Made in Italy of the finest cotton, it's white with light blue and light green stripes.

This shirt has a straight collar, single-button barrel cuffs,  a left chest pocket, and a squarish tail.

The neck measures 16.5 inches from button to button hole.

 The sleeve length is 35/36 inches from mid-collar to the end of the cuff. 

Across the back, laid flat, the shirt measures 24 inches armpit to armpit and 32 inches from the collar seam to the bottom of the back tail.
