This is an cute costume jewelry Santa Claus brooch.
Santa has black boots and red & white glitter enamel beard, suit and hat.
He is gold tone and has gold lining on parts of the pin.
There is a name on the back of the pin but it is hard to make out.
Possibly Bancroft?
