ABOUT: The book “Custom Osterizer Recipes” by John Oster provides a collection of recipes specifically designed for use with the Osterizer blender.

Assembling Your Blender:

The Osterizer blender consists of two parts: the plastic feeder cap and the vinyl cover. The cover is self-sealing and resistant to odors and stains.

Use only Oster brand jars with the blender to avoid damage during operation1.

Blending Tips:

Your Osterizer blender operates on a wide range of speeds, from slow to fast, making food preparation efficient and interesting.

The dual-range 12, 14, or 16-speed blender allows you to select speeds using buttons and a rotary switch1.

Carrot Cake Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

Grease a 13" x 9" x 2" (33 x 23 x 5 cm) baking pan.

Blender-chop nuts and combine them with dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Put oil, eggs, and carrot pieces into the Osterizer blender container and blend1.

Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe:

Blend softened and cubed cream cheese with vanilla extract until smooth1.

Remember that this book includes instructions for operating the Osterizer blender, followed by recipes ranging from appetizers to desserts. Enjoy your culinary adventures!
