VTG Porcelain Trinket Dresser Box Pink Floral Two Tone Gold Hand Painted Italy.

This is a vintage, hand painted, porcelain trinket/dresser box made in Italy with a pink floral motif (inside and out) and beautiful two tone matte gold banding on the lid similar to a damask pattern. It is in very good, pre owned condition with some wear of the gold around the edges and on top of of the lid. There are no cracks, scratches, chips or repairs. The pretty floral decor is also found on the inside of the dresser box. Decoration placed where it is not expected is a mark of good quality. Please see photos for more details. The box measures 2 1/8”H X4 5/8” Diameter. Marks on the bottom read, “DIPINTO A MANO” and Made in Italy with urn and two cherubs . No information on the back-stamp could be found. This piece remains a beautiful mystery.
