You are buying 1 14" hubcap that was used on some 1990 to 1993 VW Passat models. Note that this hubcap has unusual metal clips on the back, that snap into holes in your steel wheel. This only fits 1990 to 1993 Passat because they have a weird clip system that snaps into holes in the steel wheel of the Passat.
