Pre-Owned. Used. These Disney/McDonalds 101 Dalmatian figurines do have cosmetic imperfections due to age and usage. I included a video to look these over to see condition and also the photos. The ones that have working features do not work at the present time of purchase. A buyer might be able to restore them but know you are buying them as is, and not in working condition. Please look at the photos and video for condition and feature before you purchase. I leave the major cleaning also up to the buyer.
