This Winterling Bavaria Flower Coffee Tea Pot Set is pre-owned, and it does have cosmetic flaws due to age and wear. The teapot and the creamer just have mild wear and slight discoloration. The teacups have wear, but also some flaws. One teacup does have a crack line in two places. Neither goes all the way through but they are there. One teacup has a small chip on the lip of the cup. There is some discoloration in the teacups. Overall, this tea set is in good condition and functions as intended.
