 Vintage bear by B.J. toy Co. is a firm plush bear who measures about 10" tall. 

He's wearing a white felt hat and a tie which is either dark brown or black. He has plastic eyes and nose and a stitched mouth. There's a  yellow loop on the back of his neck. 

He is in nice condition with no rips or stains.
