Lovely marked Pewter Gold’n Things pendant.  The pendant has truly lovely raised designs with a woman’s face / bust with a fancy background of flowers and leaves.  The pendant edges are scalloped in a flower motif.  The pendant is 1.5” high.  It is on a 16” silver tone chain that has some wear.  I doubt it’s original to the pendant but looks fine together.  The pendant is in very nice condition.
