Shabby Chic Black & White Mosaic Glass Wooden Serving Tray with Handles China.  Approximate measurements are:  2 1/2" Tall x 18 3/4" Wide in the front & back x 12 3/4" Wide at both sides and weighs approximately 4 1/2 lbs. without packing materials. Approximate Circa late 90s - early 2000s.  It is unbranded but has original sticker still on the back- Made in China.  It looks handmade- all the sides have that white painted shabby chic look with inlaid mosaic black & white glass tiles. Position it strategically to display your personal collection of Treasures!!  This tray could be worked into any room of your home decoratively or use it as a Serving Tray in your Kitchen, Dining Room, Patio, Pool Side, Office, Beach House, Lake House, She Shed or just as a gift for a friend!!  Lots of Texture yet still smooth to the touch.  Condition is preowned with no chips, nicks or cracks.  I'm sure there are a few scuffs from age, use & love but you can't tell due to the style in which it's made.
